The course offers a comprehensive blend of theory classes and practical training, covering essential topics such as Basics of Healthcare/Palliative Care/Bedside Care, Communication Skills, Basic Computer Skills, Health and Nutrition, Care for Malignant/Non-Malignant Diseases, Wound Care, End-of-Life Care, Community Outreach, IV Techniques, and Medical Record Entry/Archival.
Regular Attendance: Consistent participation in classes is required.
Theory and Practical Assessments: Candidates must pass both theoretical and practical exams.
Professionalism: Emphasis on grooming, attitude, empathy, and care in all interactions.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be shortlisted for on-site interviews and placement opportunities with partner institutions. Positive feedback during the training will be considered for job retention, extended on-the-job training, and certification from affiliated universities.
